    24 – 48 hours     

  2. What is the normal turn around time for deliveries?
    3 – 4 weeks after proof approval.

  3. What materials do you print on and fabricate?
    Opaque vinyl, styrene, HDPE, clear vinly, and PETG

  4. What files do you except for design production?
    Illustrator (preferred format), Photoshop, InDesign, PDF, Quark Express, If image (jpeg or tiff) files are sent must be at a high resolution of 300 dpi.

     
  5. Can you print four color processes?
    Yes we can print five colors in one pass.

     
  6. Do you use conventional inks?
    No, we use ultra violet inks for quick drying.

     
  7. What printing process do you use?
    Offset and automatic screen printing.

     
  8. How thick are the products you manufacture?
    .010 to .150. Our thermal laminating process permits us to create thicker products.

     
  9. Do you manufacture in the U.S.?
    Yes. Most of our products are manufactured in our 31,000 square feet facility in Mt. Laurel NJ.

     
  10. Do you do renderings and prototypes?
    Yes. We have an in house design team that can design and create prototypes, in most cases, free of charge.
