• Offset Printing
  Monarch offers full UV color printing on a wide variety of plastic and paper substrates with 2, 4, and 5 color offset presses.
  
  
• Silk Screen Printing
  We have two Automated Sakuri (23”x 28”, one with UV) and three Semi Automated Hand Presses.
  
  
• Spot UV Coating
  This service is available with our 5 color offset and various silk screen presses. UV can be applied in selective areas on the sheet. This procedure can be used to highlight specific areas.
  
  
• Hot Wire Bending
  We can customize your project to make unique and eye-catching products with hotwire bending. Vinyl, Styrene, PETG, and HDPE can be heat bent up to 1/8” thick.
  
  
• Laminating and Press Polishing
  Thermal laminating, press polishing, and heat pressure sensitive roller laminating to any thickness presents limitless possibilities in meeting your design specifications on plastic or paper.
  
  
• Precision Diecutting
  We use four 100 ton presses and two computerized cutters to create products of various custom shapes.
  
  
• Sonic Welding
  Our three sonic welders can permanently join Styrene, Vinyl, PETG, and HDPE to form a product without the use of glues or adhesives.
  
  
• Precision Fabrication
  Programmable cutters, heated platen die cutters, hardtool punch presses, shears, and related punching and cutting equipment are used to fabricate a variety of products.
  
  
• Fulfillment
  We specialize in kit assembly, packaging, and direct drop ship to your customer.
  
  
• Prototyping
  We can design a working comp or electronic rendering to represent how your product will look before it goes to press.
